I was looking for a monument of a great man and I found this indicent guy, very rude. But of course we are looking for the bust of the great man and I give you some context for that: GSV please. As always, please do not zoom in on too much as that is a spoiler.

Yeah this was too little information even for the most die-hard puzzle fighters. So here is a decent clue:
The monument was erected for a great composer and his wife, also a musician herself. The monument is not in the home country of the composer.

thanks for the clue! ...but it did not help me at all, sigh a great find of yours, hhgygy, because - reverse image never works, even if the shape of the statue is quite special ...indecent indeed!... - the bust is very poorly referenced on the net: i found only 4-5 other websites showing the statue! (completely by chance, i found it searching for another composer!) - gettyimages, 123rf, shutterstock, alamy do not have the bust! flickr: nope! pinterest has 1 image but, of course, so poorly described (no "bust", no "composer", no "musician", no "statue", only "monument" in the description)(i hate pinterest and, above all, pinteresters) i know what he did (beautiful) but his name, meh!...

Imagine how difficult for those of us who are mediocre, at best!

CLUE2 Speaking about musician couples I think the first one to come to mind is Clara Schumann, wife of the great composer Robert Schumann. Anyways - big spoiler coming -
this guy is most famous for his classical piece for guitar and orchestra.
Actually most people, including myself, cannot mention any other work by him.

I read the first clue, but it didn’t help. I didn’t read the second clue (I’m only seeing it now) because I acted on krenek’s hint. I thought of Clara Schumann (Clara Wieck) too, and then found that Berlioz, Verdi and several others had musical wives, but I still couldn’t solve it.
He is “looking” a little upwards because he was practically blind from age 3. I can’t see anything wrong with his name, krenek.
