Nice family [ANSWERED]

Lately, my puzzles seem to have been too easy for you.
Let's see this nice family photo in a park.

It's a blue dot. In your answer please do not zoom in on too much because it spoils the puzzle.

Of course I know nothing about the family on the picture, the puzzle is about the building on the right.
It is called (if translated into English) the Dutch House.
I think it is hence quite obvious that it is not either in the Netherlands or the UK or the USA or any other English speaking country.
So which country could it be then?

But I have spend hours and hours to look for hyper-realistic sculptures on benches.

I saw the house, but concentrated on the white things in the middle. Not that I would have found it without a clue anyway. Now I’m going to have a closer look at this D- house.

This nice family took their photo near the so called Dutch House in Dég, Hungary.

It was built in 1891 by the Hungarian noble family Festetics in the park of their palace here.
