Pipeline #2 - FIVE YEARS ON GEC! [small hint][solution]

Today is 10th of April and it's exactly 5 years I have landed on this forum 
I have recently looked at the puzzles I made in the past, my style has changed a lot since then, my first puzzles were extremely difficult and really unusual, and the first one ever was called Pipeline.

So today, to celebrate this birthday, I have decided to make Pipeline #2!
But, this time, this won't just be difficult... this will be extreme. The most extreme puzzle I ever made.

While Pipeline #1 was just a visibile Pipeline in Alaska, this pipeline is... under the ground! So how the hell are you supposed to find this spot where it arises for just a few meters? And from all the pipelines of the world... how are you going to find this? Told you that's extreme.

You practically need a time traveler coming from the future... or from the past
to read the solution for you and tell you. Can't see any other way.

In the first post there is a "hidden" way to know what Pipeline that is. I won't give hints on this behalf, as this is part of the puzzle and I would like you to discover this.
AFTER you discover what pipelines it is, only knowning it it's not really helpful, since it is very, very long. But I will give you some advices on finding the spot:

1. Pipelines often run conveniently along regions borders. This is the case for this Pipeline and this spot.
2. This Pipeline is under the ground. That means it was dug a very, very long and big trench. This trench is visible from kilometers above the ground. It's like a scratch running for thousands of kilometers and visible from aerial.
3. The country where this Pipeline runs doesn't have much streetview. It only has it along the main roads. The spot is in the intersection between one of these main roads and the pipeline.

Come on, guys! I know you can do it!

- In the first message there is a hidden message, that will bring you to the name of the Pipeline, which will consequently locate the country to search in. Look very carefully at the text, and its color...
- If you located the country, I can tell you that the spot is between the meridians 38°E and 42°E
- Follow the previous advices I have given in the previous post, and good luck!

Not easy.   I travelled from 42nd to 40th meridian then gave up. Finally sought help from a birdie. Even then it took time. Lot's of thanks to the friendly birdie.
