The video is from ~1998. The girl is pointing at a spot where you can find a sculpture (which would also qualify as a statue). I don’t know if it was already there in 1998. Blue Dot image please.

Well done the three of you. The answer:  Ibiza Town, Ibiza, Spain. I found that the people of Ibiza speak a Catalan dialect named Ibicenco (in Spanish) or Eivissenc (in Eivissenc ). They call their town (and the island) Eivissa. Name of the sculpture: Monument to the Seafaring People. Location: 38.9105°N, 1.4348°E |
