This is a compilation of the main submarine pens and operational bases used by the Kriegsmarine during WW 2. Many of these have already been marked but I wanted to bring them all together. Some of this information comes from: 'U-Boat Bases and Bunkers 1941-45.' Gordon Williamson.( ISBN 978 1 84176 556 3) It should be noted that there existed U-boot operational bases in the Pacific! These were: Penang, Singapore, Batavia and Kobe (battery repair). Corrections and additional information is welcomed.
