Orientation unknown, continent unknown, well it seems a simple 'needle in a haystack' puzzle. (:

 Though should lead us to a solving, that this is a developed urban area -I think- not far from the ocean (or some bigger water body) with a not too small airport next to it...

So my recipe was right was not it?
Also I have browsed through US coastal lines just did not think it is so simple and passed W.D.C. before imagery downloaded well.
(easy to say post factum, but I knew we were nothing to do with the 'M' -if not that W.D.C. embedded into state Maryland-, also were irrelevant where jumu lives)
