odd super high res imagery

Hi.

Take a peek at 19.002552, 12.893264

Very strange... why is the imagery at this location so incredibly high res? I don't think satellites can get images that sharp, maybe taken from a plane? For that matter, why would google put this stuff there? I'm confused.
