This person living in the standard post-communist block of flats has a taste:  I searched for the location and in the outdated Street View they still had a standard balcony bar, like everyone else on the block  |

CLUE
The town is the location of what used to be (and still is) the biggest iron works in Hungary (also bearing the name of Stalin for a brief period), even the street you are looking for is named after the iron works.
