I have a bad habit of procrastination when it comes to giving answers to puzzles posted in F&G. I am trying to break this habit. I checked just now and to my horror found that posts made as early as September 2015 have not been answered. If I give answers for all the posts made since then, then the currently active posts will get pushed to next page. To overcome this I am making a single post in which I am giving answers to all the old posts (till May 2106) which have remained unanswered till now. Once I post this I will give cross reference in the OP also.
