Yet another film puzzle [ANSWER]

This film was quite weird but it makes a good puzzle.
The first one is RIS-able to give you a hint about the country, but the second one is not that easy, took me some time.

This one has no similar Street View, although there is SV from where the start of the bridge can be seen.

And here is the bridge. But I still don't know what the film is. It wasn't needed after all.
