Solution: Top of Mt. Wellington, Tasmania, Australia. Explaination: Yes, there are many things to observe in the image. Some of them lead nowhere, some of them are part of the solution and I have intentionally showed them in the puzzle. First thing: the Van. The Van TELLS you that we can be either in Australia or New Zealand. Why? There isn't a steering-wheel on the left side of the Van, so it's a country where they drive on the left side of the road. Also, the Van has "Britz" written on its side. The first thing that shows up on Google when you search it is "Campervan Hire Australia & New Zealand". We have no more doubts right? Now, we can see some towns in the background, and we are on a mountain top just above them. So you can guess this is a television/radio transmission tower, every town has that. On GI: australia television tower - result on 3rd row australia transmission tower - 7th row australia radio tower - 3rd row another way was to understand what material the tower is made of. I don't know why it was too hard, but I can clearly see a concrete body (atleast on the lower side) australia concrete tower - result on 1st row Hope I made it clearer

I try hundreds of keywords for the hardest puzzle, it's normal...

Also, as I said when I finally posted the answer, looking at your 360 image, I never thought of Australia, more NZ mountains (maybe because of The Lord of The Ring, lol). Australia in my mind is a big hot desert surrounded by a coast with big cities and beaches and not so big cities. Snowy mountains? In Australia? Nope. Well, I stand corrected.
