Two street view roundabout locations. Both are in the same country as you can probably guess. Tried to get views with some structure or signage in the background though it may be of little help.
First is a colorful bicycle.
Second is a Welcome sign that may be more difficult than the bicycle.

I've had the RIS bike since the first day, but this bienvenue roundabout is nowhere online and is nowhere in the towns linked with this coat of arms. Sorry. Waiting for a clue to the clue.

CLUE #2
{Spoiler} A second clue for the Bienvenue Sign.
Gules, a lion Or, armed, langued and crowned azure. Aix-en-Pévèle, Emmerin, and this commune use the same arms. I finally found the 2nd one, thanks to some extra (and patient) help. And that's the coat of arms of the town next to the town where this roundabout is. I just checked again. The town where it is has a very different coat of arms. And my usual question: how do you find it without a clue? Don't tell me RIS works here. It doesn't, no matter how you crop the image. Sorry for bothering with you all this, dagger66 , but I have to know !

Google Maps gave the street address in the "H" commune, but looking at your note, I went back and clicked a nearby "S" town and the city limits showed it encompassing the roundabout on the edge of that "S" town.
I used the Google Map street address town for my clue with the coat of arms. Will have to double check Google Map street address towns in the future to ensure the OP is within the correct city limits. Thanks for that future advice for me.
I won't tell you RIS works, because I try checking that before posting which I'm sure you do as well.
Only way to find OP images not RIS'able is to get lucky with search terms, get lucky on cropping or wait for a clue or two.

Again thank you for your reply. The roundabout is in an E town by the way. And I have very good reasons to be absolutely certain of that. 😉

ANSWER
{Spoiler} Bicycle Roundabout 47°13'29.7"N 2°03'44.0"E 47.224917, 2.062222 Place Gabriel Péri, 18100 Vierzon, France
Bienvenue Sign 352 Route Nationale 50°37'50.5"N 2°57'47.5"E 50.630702, 2.963183 Google Maps show this roundabout address as 59320 Haubourdin, France but it is beyond that city’s borders when clicking on the city name. The roundabout is also just outside the edge of the communie 59320 Englos when clicking on that city name. Either way, the GPS Coordinates will take you to the location. There are at least two of these roundabout signs in the immedicate area. JohnLuke is probably correct that it is Englos since many businesses around this roundabout have that commune name address.
