... but no longer underwater (yes, that's a clue). I had to doctor this SV because it was completely RISable. Please post only a very tiny part of the "land boat" making sure it isn't RISable. Thank you!!!

I have a feeling (I may be mistaken) that some of you guessed what this is about but guessing what it is about isn't enough, because there are and have been too many places like this one around the world. But the place is sort of famous, and the wiki article about it mentions its former "use". So here is a clue to narrow it down a bit. Don't forget to post only a tiny bit of the thing please. {Spoiler}

Clue 2, and no need to hide it:
There's a little playground boat in the sv image. That's the boat on land. There's a boat in the background. That's the boat on water. There used to be "boats" that could go underwater in this area too. This type of water is called a special local word that you can infer from clue 1. Once you google that type of area + the type of boat, you'll get a placename where you'll find the playboat on land on the coast there, where there's a bunch of blue dots, although there's also SV which is what I used.
Hope that helps.

Thank you! Although I had a similar one years ago: a treasure hunt ! Like: find a red car near a statue, or: find a mural with a bird and a gun. That sort of thing! 😄

I looked here many times early on in the puzzle, but without enough scrutiny.
