Hands Holding Large Ring

While trying to solve krenek 's post about Walter_V_R 's birthday, I came across this pair of hands holding a large ring.

This is not an easy one. I had found it by serendipity.

{Clue/Hint}I was searching for Krenek's first picture and assumed that it was a building.

I had used following keywords in the Google Image search.

Perforation pattern facade "Antwerp"

The results led me to a building that had lots of perforations on its facade.

The Hands sculpture is located in the same campus as the building with the perforated facade.

Thanks for the clue. I searched     a lot of buildings in my own town.

without it, i'd say it's impossible to find it: i only found a picture at alamy where the words sculpture and hands are not even mentioned!?
