Kaliningrad Oblast is a Russian exclave located on the Baltic coast between Poland and Lithuania. Generally, the order-of-battle in this area consists of:
Naval Assets: 336th Naval Infantry BDE; 128th Surface Ship BDE; 36th Missile Boat BDE; 71st Landing Ship BDE; 64th Sea Protection Ships BDE; 72nd Intelligence Ship DIV.
Aviation and Air Defense Forces: 132nd Composite Aviation DIV (4th Attack Aviation RGT; 689th Fighter Aviation RGT; 125th Independent Helicopter SQDN; 396th Independent Shipborne Anti-Submarine Helicopter SQDN; 398TH Independent Air Transport SQDN); 44th Air Defense DIV (183rd Air Defense Missile RGT; 1545th Air Defense Missile RGT).
Coastal Forces: 18th Motorized Rifle DIV (275th, 280th, and 79th Motorized Rifle RGTs; 11th Tank RGT; 20th Reconnaissance BN; 22nd Air Defense RGT); 7th Independent Motorized Rifle RGT; 244th Artillery BDE; 69th Naval Engineer RGT; 152nd Missile BDE; 25th Coastal Defense Missile BDE).
However, given Russia's 'special military operation' in Ukraine, many units and equipment have likely been transferred to that theater of operations.
Most acronyms are self-explanatory ... however, here are a few that may not be:
BN: Battalion. SQDN: Squadron. RGT: Regiment. BDE: Brigade. DIV: Division. UI: Unidentified. UAV: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.
The points of interest are organized by location, normally by which city/town is nearest to the unit/equipment/facility. The naming convention for map points is my own development: Ka-01 = Kaliningrad #1. I used this to keep track of various locations.
Information regarding Russian military forces was procured using open source data.

Thanks - I haven't posted anything since the mid-2000s. Thought I would give it a shot.
