{ Clue}The island doesn't seem to have a name of its own, it is referred to by the name of the administrative subdivision of which it is a part. GM doesn't recognize that name, though; it gives some results, but only of namesakes elsewhere in the country. I happened on it while searching for another fully built-up island in the same region:

It's not anywhere near China!
