(Un)explained circular formation - Kazakhstan

Perfectly circular shape, ~15 meters deep and ~1000 meters diameter geological formation on the edge of a plateau, somewhere in central Kazakhstan.

I cannot find it in any meteor crater databases, and nowhere else btw... Not even sure whether it is some collapsed (volcanic) structure or an astrobleme.

In 2005, oGEC member craterwatch01 asked about it (check GE/GEC layer), but since oGEC has been erased, the answer remains unknown (even if there were any).

Confirmed its volcanic terrane, in the map in the link, its 7  UT..  , type 7 is terrane with granite gniess domes.   there's a fault (west)  nearby, which created lots of volcanoes and volcanic domes.

The granite is the dark layer on top. Its slow to erode, and the granite outside the rings is still there, so there should be granite inside the rings too ?   No granite inside the rings. The granite ends outside the ring , no crater structure in the granite.   So no its not a meteor knocking a circular bowl shape  into the granite layer.  The granite was never there.  Its a volcanic related  dome ..other rock in a dome shape  forming a hill , surrounded by  the lava field.
