Somethings in the desert

Hello I would like to share an area i known about for over 10 years and no mention of it on the net in that time. The area has been excavated in the past at different times. 2010 imgaery is much better than 2012. I am fairly sure we are looking at stone blocks which appear to be roughly 5m thick 2 deep.see for yourself there is more to the area than the one structure. Any clues would be great.

Many bombshells and military (and/or earthmover) vehicle tracks all around - my best guess was that it is a bombing practice area.
