When I try to copy a link from GEC I get a very long string. For example instead of following simple URL;
goo.gl/maps/HEKUzmUn1xJ2
I get;
redirect.viglink.com/?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_161702234895414&key=71fe2139a887ad501313cd8cce3053c5&libId=kmul5qzl0102ylrr000DLak1fvi8h&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogleearthcommunity.proboards.com%2Fthread%2F5605%2Fgiant-hands-world-rev-7&v=1&out=https%3A%2F%2Fgoo.gl%2Fmaps%2FHEKUzmUn1xJ2&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogleearthcommunity.proboards.com%2Fthread%2F7452%2Fhands-monument-1986-event-answer&title=Giant%20Hands%20Around%20The%20World%20-%20Rev.%207%20%7C%20Google%20Earth%20Community%20Forums&txt=Google%20Street%20View
Is there any way of simplifying so that only the actual short URL gets copied?
Also is there any way the just copy the actual text instead of same being encoded? For example, I get;
%3A instead of :
%2F instead of /
%20 instead of <space>
