CLUE The owner of this house on no man's land, a rebellious man does not accept the sovereignty of the country in which he lives and even sued the country's president for 20000 EUR damages. He had been arrested and sentenced for 30 days but released after 17 days because he resisted police forces.

Ok, found it, thanks to that last clue and some searching along the borders... I had seen some red borders in the general area but had not seen these, which were way off. I still haven't found the story of the guy who sued the president, even now I know the place. It's too late for me to do the whole thing of uploading etc. As proof I've found it, the town to the west is _v__a M_ _ _ _a na _ r_ _u  I wouldn't mind knowing how to find this without a clue except for searching the whole world for red lines. Because, I mean, two people found it without a clue, + me with two clues. A thread like this is a bit like a no man's land....  Edit:  |

ANSWER This is the house of Mr. Joško Joras, a Slovenian citizen living in a disputed territory between Croatia and Slovenia who has been harrassed by the Croatian authorities several times. He even sued the Croatian President and allegedly won the case and was awarded 20000 euros for damages, but I'm not 100% sure about this info.
