Hands Not Found - Answer

Have not been able to find 5 hands pictured below.
Need help of expert sleuths here in finding these hands.
Please PM me the location as and when a hand is found.

but, a few days ago, i saw only one picture of those hands on a russian travel blog...

after 2015, the statue disappears!?
more "interesting": browsing the internet, i saw ONLY 2 pictures of that reader statue, among them the one you posted!!!

Yes. It was in my hands-to-be-found-list even before above thread by Bridge. I failed to connect the two.

I definitely belong to "Other" and enjoy finding things including giant hands, but these days my (small) hands are full of giant hands! 

I must finish the task by 31st July.
