Giant hands raised in protest, or maybe in surrender. Made by a collective of artists who feel treated unfairly by the authorities. The sculpture was placed there by the government, in praise of its own supposed transparency. Protesting artists put a sculpture of a giant gun in front of it, which was soon removed. The sculpture is located in a country that is not yet covered by GSV. Although the sculpture, made from paper and metal wire, is still there, I chose historical imagery (8/2018) because of better (or less bad) visibility:
