I finally found the location of these singers and players. Maybe you should only try if you have some time on your hands. Street View image please. Good luck!

Well done krenek and Walter_V_R.
Here is a clue for others: No doubt you found, or will be able to find, the name of the town. My 3D search of the town was unsuccessful, and none of the websites that show the video seemed to be more precise on the location. I found one mention of a district/neighbourhood (quartiere), but GM didn’t recognize the name. Later I realized it may be on informal or descriptive name, and I looked up the several meanings of the word. That led me to the little neighbourhood where the apartment block is located. I hope this helps.

Some clarification of the first clue, which was rather (maybe too) cryptic: One of the Italian websites that had the video is lasicilia.it. They wrote: Ad Agrigento, dal quartiere del "Campo", cantano Ciuri Ciuri. With the help of Wiktionary I understand it as: “In Agrigento, from the district / area of the “Campo”, they are singing Ciuri Ciuri.” The general meaning of “campo” is field. The apartment block is very close to what they call the “Campo”. That’s how I found it.

No more takers? Here is the answer: The “campo” I referred to in the second clue is the (modest) football stadium of the town. The musical apartment block is only 100 metres or so to the west of the stadium.
Agrigento, Sicily, Italy. 37.3047°N, 13.5853°E But I suspect that krenek and Walter_V_R found it through a 3D search, looking for things like this particular type of rooftop.

No, I did not. That must be the best hint available on the Web. (Although I didn’t find it immediately using this info, because they slightly misspelled the end of the street name, -ffa instead of -ffo.)

So the three of us used similar clues. I couldn’t get that tune out of my head for some days.
