my capture is a SV, not a blue dot in that region, there are blue dots but i cannot access any of them (with firefox or chrome)! generally speaking, there have been A LOT of problems with both GM and GE, especially with blue paths and blue dots but google has not solved any problem in years! they seem to care only about smart phone applications

Well done all! krenek is correct, it is rather difficult to access blue dots or lines at some locations. The answer is; This is the Ceremonial South Pole with the flags of the original Antarctic Treaty signatory states. The Sphere is actually made of Lego and is sitting on top of the South Pole!
