I have found it in a short topic of an archive local newspaper: Békés Megyei Népújság - 1963, also another archive documentary (PDF) mentions the "memorial of 300 hungarian internationalist heroes" on a hillside, near a sand-shelf of river Tungir called "Magyar (Hungarian)-Reef".

Detailed report on (hungarian) partisan activity by river Tungir can be read in a military history announcement from 1977: Hadtörténelmi Közlemények, 24. évf. 3. sz. (1977.) (PDF), where the monument mentioned again as a "white marble obelisk". Sketch-map also included where "Magyar-Gázló" / "Hungarian-Shallow" signed, still placemark coordinates have to be validated.
