  a very nice one! but difficult (for me) knowing the country therefore the language, my keywords leaded to nothing, sigh... according to the clues, there are only 2 countries possible = 5 or 6 cities (there is indeed a 3rd country, but with no such buildings!)

Bravo - it would seem Walter and Krenek didn't need a clue. Perhaps you both need to lie down. Per Olof Hallman was a city planner and this road is part an urban plan.
