More than 2 years ago I downloaded a Non-Google Topographic plugin when I had the original desktop Earth.I uninstalled that Google Earth when it would start in Satellite view and then quickly defaults to Topo.Not to be confused with Google Terrain.
Less than 1 year ago i downloaded Pro.It does the same thing?

I have not found the plugin file. It will not help to uninstall and download.

Suggestions or fix would be appreciated.
