The Shambhala Music Festival is a Festival starting Wednesday near Salmo, British Columbia, Canada. Last year I got lost in the moonless nights with no data connection for satellite maps. I created 2 kmz files from maps supplied by the festival. One is the general area, and another is a higher resolution map of the "Down Town" area that should be overlayed over the previous map. I couldn't manage to put both in the same .kmz file, so I submitted 2 files. Google Earth for Android seems to have a bug where it can't load .kmz files, so I renamed them to .zip files and extracted the directory structure and loaded the .kml files inside. That seems to work some of the time. Other android map programs can load the .kmz files.
