Zoo animals roam streets of Tbilisi

A torrent of rain and flooding has allowed animals from the city's zoo in Tbilisi, Georgia, to escape and roam the streets.  Residents are urged to stay inside while officials search for lions, bears, tigers and other dangerous animals.  One can't help feeling sorry for this confused hippopotamus, which was eventually tranquilized and herded to safety.  Twelve people are reported dead and 10 missing, some of them zoo employees. Damage to homes and businesses is extensive.
