ET, you must be familiar enough with various flaws in satellite imagery as well as street view or other camera imagery. I'm not going to answer this one for you. You obviously know what lens flare is to mention it. Try googling "lens flare" and see what is available on the web. Hint: one of your possible answers is the right one. Once you have your answer post it here. I'm sure you will choose the correct one if you do some research.
