I am looking for a KML / KMZ file that has all the counties outlined AND labeled for Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Here on forum we have none.

Here a Google Search with some relevant results. (have checked one, the 'datasets-dublin'. County polygons, no labels - county names in polygon descriptions) There must be several other good kml-s/kmz-s out there on the web...
