CuriousJM's Best Gift Ever post prompted me to search back through the old GEC where I had set a series of puzzles including one using the same technique as his. I thought it might be worth using some of the other methods in the series again.
GE/GM image, please. You do not need any clues. Everything you need to find the location is already here in this post. Edit: Reverse image search can be used to solve this. That was not the intention. There is another way which should be more fun/challenging to discover.

I don't think there is anything you see when just looking at the image which will help you, ozlingula. You need to approach these puzzles differently. I know that's still vague but it's all I can really offer at this early stage. If all else fails... Reverse image search finds it.

G'day seefit, you will have to explain in words of one syllable, when you finalise this puzzle. Thanks for the clue.

Seefit, I hope you don't mind me not posting this one, I couldn't help reading the spoiler... I am surprised, did that really exist in the old days? I seem to remeber a time before even Street View existed, when the techinque for this puzzle didn't even exist... or am I wrong?

The technique in the spoiler is definitely not from the old days. I only discovered that it could be used for this puzzle after I posted it. The real technique is hidden in the puzzle.

I give up. I've tried what it says in the spoiler, looked at the code a couple of ways, checked for metadata. It's something I don't know about. I figured out the other two.

I am so dumb. Oh no you're not! We all (except Walter, maybe) have puzzles where we struggle. In hindsight, we think we should have been able to find the answer. I'm glad you got there in the end.

Good work, Groovy23 and alchemist251. The solution: Sometimes those setting puzzles accidentally save their puzzle image with a name that happens to be a clue to the solution. Here, it was deliberate. The image name is the answer!
There are several different ways to discover the name of an image, one of which is to save it. By default, the original name is used as the save name. The name here is n41e20.jpg. Those coordinates are N 41 E 20.
(In case you are wondering, it took ages to find a reasonably interesting satellite view located at the intersection of two whole number degrees!)
