I used Tinypic to post images in the past.
Since today, Tinypic is gone.
So in all my older posts, you will see now:

oh gosh!!!!!! what they say: again, a website that does not care about its users! (nothing new!) (it belonged to photobucket, so i'm not very surprised of how they managed this change and how they treated their users!) - the change lasts 20 days only - if you want to save your pics (of an account), you have to make it separately (a shame), image after image, it can last hours, days!... - of course, they propose you to open a photobucket account, WITHOUT moving automatically your account pics!!! back in june 2017, photobucket dropped its free hosting service! (and the price for the new services is only for millionaires! (about us$ 140/year for unlimited storage)) their current promise (among others): "keep your images safe" ...until the next change or accident! photobucket sucks! ok, those were free hosting services: it is/it was a new business model they were proud of, but they did not take responsibility of

I switched to Postimage.org when Photobucket pulled their stunt a few years ago. I assume at some point in the near future they may do what Photobucket, Tinypic and others have done.
I don't begrudge a site's change in policy and a need to cover their costs and even make a profit, but such a quick change seems a bit drastic.

It is a pity but even a giant like Google have ditched users by shutting down Panoramio, Picassa, G+ photos etc. Our biggest loss has been shutting down of GEC and Panoramio.
I am now using Clodinary and keeping my fingers crossed.

If anyone would like to know how to use their free Google Drive storage for photos, I'll be glad to write an article.

The main thing with using Google to store images is that you can't use Google Photos. You have to upload the images to Google Drive. Then you have to alter the sharing link created in Google Drive. Changing the link is pretty standard. Krenek showed me a web page that has an automated method and good enough instructions that I really don't need to say much more. Direct Link GeneratorI tested that and it works. I use a web page and Chrome extension by one of the GE help forum product experts, Josh Williams. (Josh258). The advantage of the extension is you can do the URL conversion by clicking on the extension icon in Chrome and not have to open a new tab. Chrome Extension
Josh also has a web page if you're using another browser. Web Page
And a tutorial video. It's for My Maps but it's the same idea. YouTube videoLike I often say on the help forum, I hope that helps!
