Well done so far. For the others: Time for a clue?
It is said that this gun fired the first American shot on the 7th of December 1941.

Well done, friends The story behind this gun goes as follows: This gun was aboard USS Ward (gun No. 3) when the ship sighted a Japanese midget submarine on the 7th of December, 1941, hours before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour. The gun fired a few rounds, they threw some deph charges and the sub was seen no more. In 2002 scientists found the sunken vessel and proved that there was a hole in the turrent, the hole made by gun No. 3. The sub was sunk only by this hole. So, here you can see the gun that shot the first rounds in anger before the declaration of war from US to Japan.
Cheers, Raven
