Not the best quality image but a right smorgasburg of aircraft (as well as can be expected) at RAF Fairford all mustered for RIAT 2018. I'm by no means an expert with aircraft but even I know a Lancaster when I see one... Plus..... Numerous Bae hawks (painted red so that even I know who and what they are ) A Couple of DC3s KC10 KC135 C17 A400 Eurofighter Typhons F16's Iitalian air force display team's Aermacchi MB-339PAN I think it's the Spanish display team next to the Italians. Panavia Tornado Hercules B2 MQ9 Reaper I think there is an old Canbera there too (It's a black one) and some thing twin engines on the west end of the runway. Plenty more for those that know better than me. Attachments:Lancaster B1.kmz (842 B)

The Lancaster B1 at the RIAT 2018 was the PA474, built in 1945. It is one of only two flyable aircraft of this type worldwide. In Street View, she can be seen in a different livery and marker in front of her hangar at the RAF Coningsby.
