I am a newbie with a question about the magnetic fields

I am using a plug-in on Google Earth Pro called EMAG2: Earth Magnetic Anomaly Grid (2-arc-minute resolution).

I am researching the magetic fields in various parts of the world.

I am very new to all of this.

My question is how often do these magnetic patterns change?

I assume the readings through this plug-in are not in real time.

Any guidance is appreciated!
