CLUE Lately, more and more towns and villages install these road signs in Hungary to revive a tradition (which never existed AFAK) Nevertheless it makes a good puzzle doesn't it? For heads-up, you only need this article from WikipediaAnd don't forget: in Hungarian Old Script, you read and write from the right to the left!

ANSWER It is one of the hundreds of roadsigns with the Old Hungarian script you can see in Hungary, this one at the entrance of Rákóczifalva. Coordinates: 47° 5'3.57" N 20°14'19.24" E Off-topic personal rant: (The problem with this (for me) is that first it is historically unfounded and secondly it is strongly connected with the Hungarian far-right movement.
But this is not a topic to discuss here.)
