Clue: Clue: Walter was the first to find (Congratulations !) because he lives in the same country as this artwork. In this country, they speak two languages. This artwork shows two characters, every one with some stuff : In that language, search for one of the characters and its material because it's the title of the artwork ! The city name has three letters, that used to mean "today". Good luck !

I certainly don't know the ones in mine (like that other similar sculpture ) I thought it was german, because of hhgygy's image (see the bottom of his image). Beyond that, I wasn't going to try every language in the world, so I tried various combinations of search words with no luck. In fact, I still haven't seen a photo of the scultpure on the web, I just found the place thanks to your clue about the town. Without it, I would still be looking. Or rather, I wouldn't have tried again to find it!

Damn, I saw "le garçon à l'appareil photo" ("the boy with the camera"). No wonder I could never find the image. My male sexism.
