Do i neeed to pay to google earth for a print screen of the image if i post it in instagram? What is the permission process to be able to copy past images and post them into social media ? Anybody with experience on posting in web or instagram than can help?

You need to ask this question on the Help forum, the link is in our top banner. You may not use images from this forum without the original posters permission though.

I also asked this question a long time ago and got the answer: If it is clear that the image source is Google Earth, it would be allowed. I hope that's right.

Hi Alex and welcome around!
on default GE view all essential references are displayed (imagery source /satellite/ company, GoogleEarth TM logo). Only you should to take your screenies these both to be visible, and it will be okay.
of course, if you use/display kmz/kml content or georeferenced photos, etc. from other sources/persons, then you have to give credit to these further sources too, also might have to get permission of the owner/editor.
so I join willi1 and dare to say: let's go on this way! (; g
