Not so easy. Finally found it searching in a foreign language (i.e. not English or French).

Thanks to all, since no other participants here the answer:
The Hôtel Arbez Franco-Suisse on the border between France and Switzerland. It is located in the village of La Cure, which itself is divided by the border: The French La Cure belongs to the commune of Les Rousses, the Swiss side is a district of Saint-Cergue. The building was built in 1863, the border runs through the kitchen, the dining room, the staircase and some rooms. During the German occupation of France in WW2, their troops were allowed to enter the French side of the hotel, but the transition to the Swiss side was strictly prohibited. As the staircase to the upper floor began on French territory, but ended in Switzerland, the Germans were not allowed access to one of the upper rooms, which became a refuge for refugees and members of the French resistance. The hotel was selected in 1962 for the negotiations of the Évian agreements between France and Algeria, which led to the independence of Algeria. 46°27'51.47" N 6°04'23.25" O

a month ago on another GE forum, i posted a post about this "principality" it's not by chance that i mentioned it was a principality because the place was well-known even in paris, a politician called it a principality once and the owners made a joke naming charles de gaulle "citizen extraordinaire" ...rupee was their official currency too!
in google earth, the border does not cross the hotel!!! willi1, it's pretty close to geneva, my town
