a bad, old joke for motto:"Two camels are walking in the desert. They are almost die of starving when they die of thirst."If you dig (drill) deep enough around here on the GHP, also have a company of a dose of luck, you might reach artesian water containing layer between two layers of clay. Crystal clear mineral water these wells providing which has been kept on filtrating for millions of years on its long journey from the Carpathian Mountains. (Really, better than any bottled-water in the stores.) Now -as industrial agriculture has ruined many small farmsteads and one-time herding sites- a few known and a vast majority of hidden, remote and abandoned pipe-endings keep on spilling the valuable, delicious and refreshing "nectar of Earth" for everyone happens to be around, by the only one precondition, that they actually know about its existence. Some examples of what to expect to see on the surface:
Artesian outflow (secondary pipe-end) at Kopáncs Artesian well in the outskirts of Csongrád Artesian well on the streets of Csongrád *** Attached placemark-set is to locate free-accessible artesian outflows I know, dedicated to all trekkers to soothe their thirst while wandering Hungary. Recent stage of updates: 44 sites placemarked. Artesian water outflows.kmz (5.1 KB) ("maybe it works" subfolder for those that I am not sure are still operating) Later I plan to add further details and parameters for wells, now searching for source.

Some offroad outflow I have bumped into today as been working somewhere south of Magyartés. At first glance from a distance I thought it gonna be an abandoned Shadoof, but as I have approached it became clear it is an artesian outflow, a drilled well with a long, vertical "air pipe". (?) Not sure, what is this used for by such wells - perhaps some experts around will help to find out... You find placemark for this one in "operating/.. 2021" subfolder - updated kmz file attached to OP.
