Unfortunately not. I found it by coincidence.

in this source (Fr) we find that the painter is Slobo (last sentence of page). (also check Google Image Search for 'Slobo Aubière')

not far, somewhere in Ceyrat they must have another paint (GIS for 'Slobo Ceyrat')

this was also the way, my main murals collections has been started. 
now you can edit thread title e.g. as Murals by SLOBO, this way it would also fit my conception with my "chosen one" artists' threads.

Any information over the artist:

Jevtic Slobodan aka SLOBO born in 1934 in Valjevo (former Yugoslavia).
Studied architecture at the Faculty of Belgrade.
Graduate in scenography with Professor M. Serban at the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade. Since 1965 lives and creates in France.
