Blue Dot = Photosphere, either inside or outside.

Orange Dot = Inside Street View, like inside a business.

So when I post a location of a challenge if it says blue dot it, people are wanting a screenshot from inside the bubble??

That is correct!

You click on the Blue Dot and it shows the image or Photosphere.
