to find this garage (SV please!):you'll need to find location #1 (applying such an angle = 61.40°): you'll need to find location #2 (angle = 308.15°): and finally you'll need to find location #3 (angle = 318.89°): good luck!remember: - firefox: right click, view image = enlarge my captures - find a location (#1 or #2 or #3) then draw a line to the garage... to get an intersection of the 3 lines... - my previous Angles puzzle with a few explanations...

Best wishes for 2018!
I’m a little confused about how these angles apply. Will the three lines, 61.40° from location #1 (~northeast) etc. intersect at the target location?

Two lines were just enough to find it. (I could not find the house with the spider on the wall) Then I read the company name and smiled

In the early hours of this year I found the same two locations that hhgygy found, but I haven’t found the garage yet. With the added information I should be able to find it.

Yes! Edit: By the way, after all those years (and after solving this puzzle) I finally found a way to handle this kind of puzzle in an exact way. (No doubt it’s child’s play for some, but it wasn’t for me.) My problem was that, while the GE Ruler permits scrolling the map, the Path tool doesn’t. So how to draw a line over a vast distance? First, starting from a known location A, use the Ruler to select a location B at a sufficient distance from A, making sure to keep to the desired Heading (in degrees). Then, without closing the Ruler, add a Placemark at location B to find its coordinates. Now construct a Path: click on A, then enter B’s coordinates in Search and click on B to complete the Path, and save it. Then proceed to the second line, etc.

time for a clue? location #1 = near a very well-known beach in A.......A location #3 = the only border visible in street view between these 2 south-american countries (see the blue-red flag?!) location #2 = and do not forget to check the name of this garage! 231 views

hhgygy, bridgeplayer, Walter_V_R, Utapao, Farceur, well done! ... So how to draw a line over a vast distance? First, starting from a known location A, use the Ruler to select a location B at a sufficient distance from A, making sure to keep to the desired Heading (in degrees). i see what you mean but, with the ruler, i just draw the line (starting from the found location), especially using the mouse scroll wheel to distance myself from the ground, it takes like 15 seconds to go to the other side of the world then you correct the angle... maybe i trained more than you a n s w e r :#1"Sculptures by the Sea" near Bondi Beach, Australia, -33.8986882 151.2750963, SV link#2Spiders @ The Wood Shop, 4 Upper Frog St, Tenby, UK, 51.6715983 -4.7005627, SV link#3Chile-Peru border crossing in Chacalluta (with the Arica Province's flag), -18.3170736 -70.3132676, SV linkthe angles lead you to: New Year Wheels, Tires & Powder Coating, E Alton Ave, Santa Ana, California, USA, 33.7050229 -117.8617701, SV link 284 views
