Blocks ?

I was just reading an article about the Annunaki, and Zachariah Sitchins theories. It mentions Mount Hermon as there place of decent. Looking around I found an interesting Block, blocks or structure.  What might it be?

there is an UN base site some 1000 meters SW called "The Hotel". (check GE photo layer for Panoramio source)
on historical imagery -so as on default view- well handled road can be seen leading to your "blocks".
checking also Bing maps imagery, my opinion is that this is a smaller UN facility (building and radar).
