Restricting content to a unique group

I am working with a camera club web administrator looking at linking a mapping tool to their website. The idea is to pin desirable photography spots in our area to a map that can be viewed by anyone (other camera club members as well as general public) interested in photography but not sure where the good locations are. The requirements are: 

1. We would like each site that gets pinned to the map to be able to contain a couple of photographs, a brief description and be georeferenced. 
2. We know that this is possible in GE but we want the link that gets embedded in the camera club website to be restricted to just the camera club entries (i.e.: the entries made by the camera club would be the only ones viewable by users who click on the link in the website).

Can anyone tell me if these kinds of constraints are possible in GE? Any response or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

You will have the option to share them with restrictions if wanted.
