Tallest building between two locations ?

Hello,

Hopefully I'm in the right place to ask this.

I used the google earth rule to see the distance between two points. Now I was told there is a tool that can allow us to see the tallest obstacle (or building) between those two points....

Do you know what that too is ?

I don't of one that includes structures, but heywhatsthat shows topography visible from a particular location.
