Eisenhower's plane Columbine II was the first to be called "Air Force One". It is currently being renovated at Marana Regional Airport in Marana, AZ. There were other official aircraft of the U.S. Presidents, but they did not have the official Air Force One designation. It was succeeded by the Columbine III which sits in an air museum somewhere.
