Identifying the town is simple but finding the right view took some time!

You mean it's not an "Identify what's in the background" this time? Yes, exactly but weren't the other Wonderful Views also about that? Even those which aren't "wonderful views" are mostly about that too... I don't see what's new except for the word "wonderful" in the title (if that's new at all). But hey, I was just asking.

Wow, finally a puzzle I can do (but only because I've been there many times, so was truly easy for me!)

It's so pixelized that up close it looks more like a pyramid than a dome, but OK. I've noticed a lot of clues were given this morning (local time for me), so I could figure out a few things (thanks to the clues) on my phone quickly this morning but had the frustration of not being able to do the search until the evening after a long work day... I know it's nobody's fault, but still.

Ha, I didn't even notice the Dome - I definitely need to take lessons in being more observant.
I recognised it from what was in front of the Dome - having been there was a huge help though.

I know an italian website with a description of the carplates of any country of the world: www.webalice.it/fa.ben/np_worlda.htm#aAccording to this, the only possible countries where Cyprus, Israel, Iran and a few ones that didn't look really like the image. But there is no SV in Cyprus nor in Iran, so that left me Israel I searched for "ancient wall israel" and you can find several pictures of that wall
